ABOUT THE CONCLAVE
The fifth edition of Intrapreneurship Conclave will be held on April 27th, 2023, at the Bangalore International Center. Intrapreneurship Conclave is a flagship event of Unfold, a specialized culture consulting firm that helps organizations reimagine sustainability through inclusive and intrapreneurial workplaces. Unfold has hosted four conclaves since 2017 and every conclave has featured multiple power packed sessions through case studies from Innovators across domains, leadership panels, fireside chats, masterclasses, roundtables, and lots more for participants to engage, experience, and learn. The fifth and upcoming edition will be hosted in association with Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce Karnataka FKCCI.
THE THEME
We are living in an era where both organizations and employees are being chased by uncertainties. Diverse and innovative thinking skills and cultures are no longer nice to have but must have for organizations and employees alike. Contributing beyond the job is a culture that creates value for organizations and helps employability for individuals. Vulnerability for technological advancements and the aftermath of the pandemic are just some of the factors that reflect the mood of the ecosystem today and hence the theme "Embracing Vulnerability,Staying Relevant " with a framework of three pillars.
