The Intrapreneurship Conclave is a unique event that’s imperative to unlock corporate growth in today’s uncertain world After three successful Conclaves in  2017, 2019 and 2021, the fourth edition of our Annual Flagship Event - The Intrapreneurship Conclave - 2022 was not just another conclave. It was a very special event because, in the year 2021, we set out on a mission to take the next leap towards excellence in intrapreneurship. This conclave was the culmination of the year-long effort that translated to three very important milestones - Knowledge Hub - The only Digital platform for Intrapreneurship, A Community with 100+ members supporting our mission, and the Launch of India's first-ever Cross-Industry recognition and reward program.

Unfold was the first organization in India to conduct an event on this topic. The Conclave helps firms stay competitive and helps individuals understand how to solve problems differently. Gifford Pinchot, who coined the word ‘Intrapreneur’, supported the first Conclave. Each event sees participation by top companies and leaders from across India, and across industries. Audiences get an opportunity to hear insights from innovation heads, listen to panel discussions between practitioners, learn from best practice showcases and attend masterclasses.
